Terms of Service

By using this website and A Quilt to Remember's quilting services, you agree to the following terms.

Services & Pricing

Pricing shown on this site is an estimate. Actual pricing is per square inch based on the quilting service selected, and is subject to change — current pricing should always be confirmed directly with Stephanie Swadell before booking. A minimum charge of $40.00 applies to every quilt. A 50% deposit is due upon booking.

Deposits & Scheduling

A $25.00 deposit may be used to reserve a date on the work calendar, which is deducted from the final cost. Cancellations or postponements within 10 days of the reserved date forfeit the deposit.

Payment

Full payment is expected before a finished quilt is picked up or shipped. We accept checks (payable to Stephanie Swadell), Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs to and from A Quilt to Remember. We recommend insured, trackable shipping methods.
